• Spectrum Interiors’ Experience Modification Rate (EMR) is .79, down 18 points from two years ago.
• We have implemented a mandatory safety glasses and protective glove policy.
• Spectrum Interiors has been a long time proponet of a drug free work environment and requires pre-employment, post accident and reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol screenings.
• Each job site is required to complete weekly Tool Box Talks.
• Spectrum requires the following employee safety training.
› 30-hour OSHA training for ALL foremen and leadmen
› CPR certification
› Lift training
› Powder actuated tool certification
› First aid and blood borne pathegon
› Fall safety training
